Pros

It’s got a soft foam interior.
The clamping ratchet is strong and will last more than 3 months.
It’s easy to put on and remove

Cons

It’s very hard to clean. Once the foam gets wet, it stays wet and begins to lose it integrity.
It’s metal. Not ideal for travel as it sets off metal detectors.
It’s bulky and will be noticed if you’re wearing light pants or shorts.

It comes in a simple box with a manual. No frills and very straight forward. Inside the box is the clamp and a user manual. Manual is easy to read in understanding how to use this clamp.

How Does the Bard Cunningham Clamp Work?

Place your penis in the center of the clamp. Align your urethra with the hump and apply very light pressure. This will stop leakage. You can shape the upper metal arm of the clamp for comfort. You can adjust the pressure with the metal teeth ratchet. It doesn’t hurt at all.

Comfort / Adjustable

Use the ratchet teeth to adjust the pressure and bend the top arm to your comfort level. You can easily bend the arm to all different angles to suit your needs. After the clamp is bent it looks cheap, in my opinion.

This clamp comes with basic instruction for use and cleaning (in 13 languages). Since this is sold in the US I’m not sure why they thought they needed it translated to 13 languages, but I’m sure a very small almost nonexistent percentage users find that helpful.

Summary

This is the most bulky clamp I tried, it’s fairly light and doesn’t show through thick pants or jeans, but if you’re wearing running shorts people will notice. Drying this clamp takes a long time so make sure you aren’t planning to use it for a day after you wash it. After bending the upper clamp arm, aligning the ratcheting lock is difficult. This clamp lacks in design and could be much nicer. I don’t think it’s worth the money and it’s made with metal. I travel a lot so this clamp isn’t for me.
