What Is Included Inside the Confidence Clamp’s Box?
The Lunderg clamp comes with a nice premium feeling box. There are a white sleeve and a blue box. The sleeve is difficult to remove but once that’s off there’s no point to put it back on. Inside the box there is a manual, carrying bag and the clamp with it’s 3 adjustable stabilizers. Each of them have their own silicone pad.

How Does the Lunderg Incontinence Clamp Work?
Open the clamp and place your penis into the center. You can align your urethra with the centering dimple. The clamp ladder lock has 4 different pressure settings. You just need to find your fit and lock it into place. The ladder can be adjusted easily yet it feels very stable.
Comfort / Adjustable
The Lunderg Confidence Clamp is very comfortable. Well, it’s as comfortable as a penile clamp should be. The silicone is soft and didn’t irritate my skin. They say it’s medical-grade silicone so that may be why it’s so soft. It can be adjusted to Small, Medium or Large. The “T” stabilizer is for the top arm where the holes are. The stabilizers twist to lock and are easy to lock and unlock.
The Confidence Clamp comes with the best instruction manual I have ever seen for a clamp. It’s very detailed and leaves nothing to the imagination. I read it before I used it and it was helpful. It explains each step of the process and helped me to understand all the features.
Summary
Overall this is the best clamp I have tried. I highly recommend this one. It is the most adjustable, easiest to clean, has the softest feel and feels like it’s worth the money I spent on it. Once you get the package you know your money was well spent unlike the cheap feeling of the others I have reviewed.
