Pacey Cuff Incontinence Clamp Review
Pacey Cuff is a device that takes a completely new direction in the urinary incontinence market than any other product. Designed in such a unique way, that it can be more adjustable than anything else on the market, the Pacey Cuff is the next generation of urethral control devices.

Pacey Cuff: Pros & Cons
What Is Included Inside the Pacey Cuff’s Box?
The Pacey Cuff comes with an instruction insert, a customer service card, the power sleeve, a bag and the device itself. Overall the box feels nicer that the UraStop, KindKlamp and the Bard Cunningham, but TBH it still feels very, very cheap for a product you pay $89 for.

- 1x Pouch bag
How Does the Pacey Cuff Work?
They suggest that you wrap the powersleeve around your shaft before you attach the Pacey Cuff. This of course adds a step to the process and gives the user one more thing to worry about. It is also supposed to make putting the Pacey Cuff on easier… I can see why the product designers thought this would be a good idea, but they failed. This is not an innovation in design, it’s an added step to an already cumbersome user experience.
The Pacey Cuff itself opens up and you place it around your shaft. You need two hands to do this and if you’re an older man, you might need an extra set of hands to help you. Once it’s around your shaft and the pad is pressed up onto your urethra you tighten the device. Below you can see the velcro strip that you use to tighten the Pacey Cuff into place. The strap feels cheap and makes me wonder why this device costs $89. It honestly feels like something that should have cost me $9.99.
Comfort / Adjustable
The biggest problems with this device (other than the cheap materials and high sticker price) are the fact that it doesn’t stay in place, it’s difficult to adjust because of the thin velcro strap and the power strip. If you keep your fingernails long than adjusting this velcro strip might be ok for you, but for me it was very difficult.
This device comes with nice instructions. It’s a single sheet of paper with images to help you understand how to use it. They include images that are helpful to understand how to use the device and the power sleeve. They also have recommendations on the types of briefs males should wear when using the device as well as simple cleaning instructions and common warnings for products such as these.
Summary
It’s too expensive.
I’ll stay it again, this feels like a device that should be $9.99, not $89.99.
If you can get over the sticker price then I’m sure you will find it difficult to put on and keep on. This is a nice attempt at a new type of male incontinence device but it fails in all departments for me. I hope someone comes along and innovates on this design and that is when we will see something worth $89 (fingers crossed).
